Designed for the seasonal or travelling homeowner who requires professional verification and insurance compliance during periods of vacancy.

• Post-Weather Assessments: Priority inspections following high-wind, heavy snow, or storm events in Southern Georgian Bay.

• Digital Status Reports: Concise, photo-supported updates sent directly to you after every visit for total peace of mind.

• On-Demand Access: Tier 1 clients have access to our Project & Concierge services at our standard hourly rate. Includes a baseline allowance for administrative coordination.

• Includes all services in Tier 1 Essential Oversight.

• Trade & Vendor Coordination: Acting as your local lead—vetting, scheduling, and communicating with landscapers, pool techs, and cleaners.

• Maintenance Oversight: Ensuring routine services are executed to an exacting standard; verifying work before invoices are approved.

• Arrival & Departure Prep: Key-holding services including climate adjustment, lighting, and "home-prep" so your stay begins the moment you walk in.

• Includes an expanded monthly management allowance for dedicated project and trade coordination.

• Preferred Project Rate: Tier 2 clients receive priority scheduling and a preferred hourly rate for additional on-site Project & Concierge services.
